My first visit convinced me this was the place for my dear friend. As I entered the door I heard giggles and eye-watering laughter coming from the residents. The happy, positive energy followed me all around the home. The residents are all encouraged to join in activities and the absence of a TV in the lounge I thought was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and treated residents with respect and dignity.

I have been a permanent resident of Springview residential care home for 1 year and 5 months. I cannot praise this institution enough. The care that I have received is exemplary. I have been extremely happy here with no complaints. I will strongly recommend Springview to anybody who needs care.

Absolutely amazing VE day “street party” afternoon tea celebration. All staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable celebration for the residents, listening to their stories and memories and making it a joyous occasion. Well done again to all staff at Springview for marking another event with all their hearts. you’re fantastic.

The staff are hard-working, friendly and very caring. They were very helpful when I was trying to get my father settled into the home. I am able to visit at any time of the day and find this reassuring. The food looks fantastic and the staff put on lots of entertainment for the residents and families. I am very pleased with Springview.

All the staff at Springview have done an outstanding job looking after my friend. His health has improved so much ever since he integrated into this welcoming home. His diabetes has improved, and his speech is better. We can actually now have a conversation with him. He is happy and so are we. A big thank you to the whole team.
