We are incredibly appreciative and cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional support. The team’s dedication, kindness, and professionalism were evident every single day – they truly went above and beyond. The peace of mind and quality of care made it worth every penny. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I cannot praise Spring Grove enough. From my husband’s two periods of respite care through to his longer stay he was wonderfully looked after. He wasn’t always the easiest person, but all the carers responded to him with love and dignity and a huge amount of patience. I visited my husband daily so I was able to observe and see how wonderful the care was. I am missing my visits to Spring Grove.

I found the Spring Grove team to be caring, patient, accommodating to each resident’s needs. The facilities very clean and always kept at a comfortable temperature. The home gets regular investment to maintain and improve the facilities. The team are very stable with many working there for years. This consistency and familiarity is of tremendous value. It enables bonds to form between the residents and the care team which in itself fosters a more friendly and caring environment.

(Nephew of Resident)

There is a positive and friendly atmosphere at Spring Grove and the management and staff are welcoming and caring. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and in the newly refurbished floor of the building. The food and snacks were all good and the sherry before the meal was a nice touch. The sense of company at the home is a real positive with a variety of other residents to talk to. The entertainment that was provided was also varied and enjoyable.

(Respite Resident)

I am extremely grateful to the carers and everyone running the home for what turned out to be a genuinely happy time for my mother. She had lived independently at home until she was 93, but following a fall she reluctantly agreed to move to a home. She discovered she really liked it. She was no longer anxious about managing on her own and was able to relax and enjoy the last part of her life. She was extremely well cared for, in terms of health, personal care, and nutrition. But more than that, for at least a year was able to join in the daily activities which brought her fun and stimulation. She developed excellent relationships with her carers and blossomed in a way that I would not have thought possible. A truly exceptional Care Home.
